STOPS to Violence - Annual Network Gathering
Saskatchewan Towards Offering Partnership Solutions (STOPS) to Violence is hosting their annual Network gathering - but this year they are changing it up!
Rather than one single gathering in a central location this fall, they will be hosting a series of Regional and Provincial Gatherings. The focus of these Gatherings is to continue their shared work on developing a coordinated, collaborative approach to strengthening natural support for people who are at risk of experiencing or using violence.
At these gatherings the STOPS team and attendees will:
Share information about the STOPS to Violence Network and opportunities to be a part of province wide change
Explore the power and potential of natural supports to play an active role in violence prevention
Identify opportunities for regional and provincial collaboration to strengthen natural supports
Develop recommendations and a plan for action
Gatherings happening soon:
North Battleford and Area on November 19, 2024
Kindersley/Rosetown on November 20, 2024
Moose Jaw and Area on November 26, 2024
